The team at One Divine have routinely done great work on my Avalanche - always explaining to me exactly what needs to be done -  then doing it in the time and manner they said. It's my first time visiting One-Divine Auto service. I spoke to Ehsan aka Jason and told him the issues and I had been to many mechanics and they couldn't find the problems and telling me "thats how Subaru vehicles run".   Ehsan told me to come in, so I did, took the car and placed the car on hoist.  Checking the wheels and  found the problems coming from the rear wheels.  The problems were the rear wheel bearing hubs. They were very damaged and could have caused more problems with other parts and money.  He was so honest, he showed me the damaged parts , unbelievable 🥹.  He was honest, give me an excellent price, didn't ripped me off.  He fixed my car and  check other stuff as well , do test drive to make sure  no more noise and the car is running  smoothly and for me to be safe driving on the road .  Thank God for Ehsan, the only person that really put himself out and took the time to help me. I finally found an honest reliable and disciplined professional after going to many other mechanics who just want to charge you for unnecessary items even without doing the actual work. Ehsan and Sameer are great people and did the very best service I could get in any other places. On time, honest, respectful and a clean waiting area with great service. ** NOTE** JULY 29 2024** I drove by on weekend and wanted to mention it is now called  ONE DIVINE AUTO - NEW OWNERS so cannot say for sure  what prices will  be or what the service will be like -- I was looking for a place to do an oil change for my Porshe and was pleased to locate this one.  When I called I was provided a scheduled appointment and when I arrived I was taken on time.  I paid for oil and filter 246.26 with synthetic oil. He also explained had to test drive 15KM afterwards for my model Cayenne. The waiting area was very clean and had a nice couch and large screen TV.  They have excellent hours until 7PM so will be looking to do future maintenance I also appreciate being explained things properly so customer service was excellent. Thank you.
